Bunzl Safety is pleased to have partnered with Ansell to offer our customers the ‘Ansell Guardian® Partner’ Digital Assessment and Analysis Tool, which assists companies in making workplaces safer and more cost-efficient.

This new and innovative digital platform enables Safety Managers to select the best possible safety solutions for their workers through a thorough analysis of their chemical protection requirements. It provides access to an extensive set of permeation and degradation data – allowing it to be tailored to the application and chemicals present at your work-site.

How it works:
After submitting your request for an assessment with one of our Safety Experts, a risk analysis in your specific set of applications will be the first step in the process. Within the platform, you will then be able to visualize expected permeation breakthrough times and degradation levels for the list of chemicals you provided - against a selection of gloves and bodysuits.

Within the report you will be able to easily identify via traffic light system, which materials are more appropriate for the set of chemicals used at your work-site and which are less likely to work. From there on, together with our Safety Expert, you can select gloves that match other selection criteria within your application such as dexterity, heat resistance, cut protection and more. At the end of the assessment you will be provided with a personalised report which can be shared with your workforce and is yours to keep for future reference.
